We provide a web-based voting system:- A ballot can be held at short notice
- Results of the ballot can be processed very rapidly.
- We rely on you providing a confidential e-mail list of the people entitled to vote.
- We also need you to provide a description of the ballot that we will mail to each voter along with an individual password that we will create.
- The voters will then be able to login to our website and vote.
- Confidentiality of the voting process is assured. It is not possible for even our staff to know how any individual has voted.
- It is possible to conclude a vote within 24 hours of the mail-out, with the results known shortly after.
We do not conduct ballots using voting papers. Other organizations provide that type of service. The service that we provide relies on the speed of internet communication to contact members inviting them to vote, and enables speed of processing which is simply not possible with traditional voting systems.
