Requesting a survey or ballotThe first step is to notify us that you are interested in runnning a ballot or survey. We need to know your time frame for start and completion, and we need to know how to contact you.We will create a survey or ballot name for you, and set up our end to receive the data that you will need to provide. With the name we give you, you will be able to use this website to provide all of the information that we need to run the ballot or survey for you. If the ballot is to be conducted under Protected Action provisions of the Australian Workplace Relations Act, then you will need to apply to AIRC using the form R11 from their website. The application will need to mention which of our staff is conducting the ballot for you and that it is an electronic ballot that you require. It will also need to specify the dates when the voting roll will close, when the ballot will commence, and when it will close. These need to be agreed with us prior to lodging the application with AIRC. |
