What survey services do we offer?
Surveys run by secretballot.com.au
We run web-based surveys of members of organizations.- A survey can be held at short notice
- There is no limit to the number of questions that can be asked.
- We can handle questions to which the answers are selected from a small set.
- We can also handle questions to which the person is invited to provide free-text comments.
- We rely on a confidential e-mail list of the people entitled to complete the survey.
- We will contact the people via e-mail, sending a password, and encouraging them to respond.
- The members will then be able to login to our website to complete the survey.
- No-one is able to complete the survey more than once, because records are kept of who has replied. The results cannot be distorted by people determined to push their point of view.
- Confidentiality of the survey is assured.
- Although there is no way that we can tell how any individual has responded, we can tell who has not replied, so we can send out reminder notices to just these people if necessary before the survey closes.
